Energy Routine - These are my Intentions

A Good Reminder. I have 3 Meta-Intentions.

 

1. To have a non-combative day with my co-workers, to have an

enjoyable day...

2. To reduce my Triple Warmer reactions so I am more confident and calm.

3. To increase the feeling of ecstasy I experience in various points

within my body.

To Wake Up properly, get the central channels ready for proper

direction.

K-27s to really get the meridians running in the right direction.

Thymus - get it going. Spleen, get it going for good feelings all

around. It helps to balance out my Triple Warmer overdrive.

By tracing over the 2 eyes - a head-ache solution mentioned by Donna

Eden, I clarify my sight and open my Third Eye. The Modified Wayne

Cook helps me piece everything mentioned so far together. My

scrambled energies become unscrambled.

 

Also, I forgot to mention that I do the Crown Pull at this point.

This clears my head of excess energy (heat). It opens me up to higher

thought.

The Mirror, to also give me greater concentration abitlity,

especially concerning the level gaze important for Tai Chi.

 

I have not opened all of its secrets yet.
