It worked so well that I've been teaching my variations of it since then. A very good way to spread 'appreciate' (and other things) through your body, through your soul and to connect in a positive way with the universe. It is especially 'good' for positive manifestation. I think I called it " the Kahuna Kundalini " and it did have quite a lot added to it from hypnosis, and from Energy Psychology...so in my mind it became and new and better 'animal'.
