The spinal flush and the use of magnets.

Hi Alex,

Yep, when doing work on yourself, sometimes a tool like that is good.

Better yet is to have someone else that is skilled in the spinal

flush, using THEIR own electromagnetic field on your lymphatics,

nerve endings, Raidiant Circuits and meridians working on you as they

walk their strong thrumbs down bladder meridian on the outsides of

the spine.

SO, in the shower, each morning I do the spinal flush on myself,

along with the lymphatics on the chest, under the ribs, inside the

thighs, and outside the thighs.

Very important for health.

My only use of magnets is after testing them on the field and then

using when appropiate for the time appropiate. Easy to know when you

energy test.

Doc,

I can see how you could do some of the points for a spinal

flush on yourself yet it seems like it would be difficult to

get deep enough on most of the points. Maybe you can become

a pretzel?

I have a Chinese device that works rather like taking a

towel and drying your back except that it has 3 small wood

rollers across and is about 3.5 feet long. It can stimulate

the back and feels wonderful even though it doesn't go that

deep.

Hi Mary, Mary quite contrary,

That's because you DON'T do it on yourself.

If you did do it on yourself, then you would notice what is possible,

INSTEAD of noticing what you " believe " is NOT possible.

Mary, it's a meta-program that is very positive (mine), and not so

effective (yours).

Yes, Richard Cinta is flexible enough to get all of his own spine.

I miss about 3-4 inches on my own spine, but that is a very small

insignificant portion COMPARED to the part I can do very successfully.

So I notice that part.
