Hi Michelle,

 

It's one of the energy tools I give with one of my 3 DVD energy kits.

 

The purpose of the metal (the Kahuna Energy Disk) is to be carried

in the front pocket so that it's energy interacts with the first

chakra in a positive manner.

 

The purpose of that is to boost the immune system in such a way that

you are healthy.

 

A secondary use of it is to use on the bottom of the feet so that

your energy polarities are correctly aligned with the earth.

 

If our polarities are off we cannot ground properly with the earth

and we cannot recharge properly from the earth.

 

For that purpose of correcting polarity it takes about 30 seconds

per foot.

 

There are several ways of noticing if one's polarities are not

correct.

 

If you don't know those ways, it's not important. Just ground

yourself with the Kahuna Energy Disk (or with a stainless steel

spoon) daily.

 

That's good enough for most people.

 

Then again, there is Fred. Last Thursday we fixed his polarities,

and 12 minutes later they were reversed again.

 

With him, and people like him, have them do the spooning 5 times a

day for at least 21-30 days so their bodies can learn the new energy

polarity habit.
