Just DO IT.

Any perceived light-headedness will disappear after a few 'doings'.

Unless you want them to occur so you can mismatch the drills.

And do not focus on what you DON'T WANT when you do it, and don't focus of the

possible (perceived) negative effects.

You will just get more of them by coming from 'the cup is half empty' Quantum

field of negative possibilities.

One of your meta-programs that is a detriment to progress is the continual

'needing' to know more about it before you do it...and especially the part about

needing to 'know the worse that could possibly happen'.

It is like the person planting seeds...and then uncovering them daily to see

'how much they've grown'. And they NEVER grow. They just die because they are

not allowed to grow.

If you need to know more about " why such and such works and 'how' such and such

works I'd strongly suggest really studying the books, DVD's and going to Donna's

Intensives and studing your notes " .

That way you are getting info directly from the 'leader's mouth'.
