I don't have a clue to what your difference is with the first one and the second one. We DO remove the 'charge' from non-productive beliefs. We do that by addressing the emotions we have surrounding that belief. Hopefully after we learn the positive reasons for having such a belief. Which is normally one of the primary 4 Psychological Reversals. Then we take an empowering belief, check the emotions surrounding that belief and add a 'charge' to that new and more productive belief and the behaviors and values that support it, hopefully following some Ideal (from the Higher Self through the Zero Point Energy Field, Plato). >We can't tap away our higher wisdom. Sure we can. People do it in one manner or another all the time, every day of their lives. Most all people know what they should do, but don't do it. Most people know what they shouldn't do, but still do it. They are called Psychological Reversals that have many secondary gains. > For example, I can tap to clear my irrational fear of tigers >(getting scared when I see one on TV), but I can't tap to the point that when a real tiger is coming at me ready to attack is just a ho-hum moment. I think you are missing the point of what tapping is supposed to do. It's normally a 3 step process. One for clearing 'don't want'. Another for installing 'do wants'. And the 3rd for anchoring them both together. For example " fear of a tiger " even on TV is a safety issue because they associate into the scene. So it does have a protective/fear part that needs addressed. " Knowing what to do when tigers are around " . There are also self-esteem issues and confidence issues that can be erased and re-installed with revivication of previous good self-esteem times and good confidence times. Then a 'charge' can be added to those resources so they are at least an 8. > If you are feeling a strong emotional response it is great feed >back. It is either your higher self telling you to be careful or a >part of you that has an irrational limiting belief. It's been pretty well demonstrated (Cayce, Bandler, Reed, Supthen) that most gut feelings are normally negative emotional anchors that were learned at an early age. And one of the few times that higher self communicates to our subconscious minds is during sleep time when the conscious mind is zonked out. On another note our true self (Cayce)is not normally considered our Inner Child. The Inner Child concept is very new. The soul is very ancient. One is the original soul body that has a spark of life from the all that is. The other is normally all the accumulations of the psyche from and early age to about 7 years old. Blessings.
