Energy Routine - Up For Critique

I know there are many other exercises I would like to add to my

regular routine, including IDD at the end. I am mostly interested

here in seeing your comments about the sequence of my exercises.

 

Then I want to hear about when to do the trampoline for the NV and

Thyroid. I am not sure whether to put it at the beginning or end of

routine. I usually have to stretch my calfs before and after I jump.

 

1. Hook Up

2. 3 Thumps

3 Figure 8's over my eyes, then Modified Wayne Cook Posture

4. Tracing the Meridians. I haven't been doing them according to the

hour, lately. I either start with the Spleen or the Kidney after I

zip up the Central and Governing Meridians.

 

5. Reduce Triple Warmer by covering neck and side of the head near

eyes - switch hands.

6. Spinning Magnets to strengthen the Spleen Meridian

7. Upper Belt Flow, Front and Back

8. Joining Heaven and Earth

9. Lower Belt Flow, Front

10. Sitting down I hold K-1s after the last Flow, I spread these

important points with my hands, massaging and spreading the balls of

my feet, radiating outward.

(Notice, I haven't learned the Regulator Flow yet.)

 

11. Ruby Crystal Drill

Once massaged and energized from the 2 roots, I sometimes go into a

round of 37-posture Tai Chi. Other times I will meditate in front of

the Copper Mirror before the Tai Chi.
