If you 'address this situation' with what you know how to do right now,

how will you?

shortness of breath

Hi all

I have been experiencing severe shortness of breath and inability to

breathe/sit with ease after a meal and even with a little bit of

walking. I know I have gained about 45 lbs and need to lose that to be

my ideal weight...but the symptoms are much worse than ever before.

and even now I feel I can't swallow and am extremely uncomfortable just

sitting,

even though I last ate something about 3 hours ago.

The symptoms are so bad that I have to lie down and wear very very

loose clothing. I am not sure where this is all stemming from except

for the fact that for the past four weeks I have been having a

sensation of a " fur ball " stuck in the back of my throat.

I would really like to address this situation with " alternative "

methods eg energy healing etc and would appreciate your help.

Going the traditional route is not an option.

Thanks everyone for your responses in advance.

Sorry to hear about your pain and fear.

I really suggest going to an MD first, just to make sure what it's

NOT.

Some things that have helped some of those symptoms for others are:

1. Stretching out the neck, front sides and back (archives)...

2. Isometrics for the neck (archives)...

3. Head and neck rolls (archives)...

4. The compressed air drill. Do it sitting upright in a hard backed

chair, like a chair at the kitchen table. This is where you put a

fist in your diaphram, cover it with the other hand, take a deep

breath and push your belly into your fist as your squeeze your

elbows into your rib cage. Hold the pressure for a count of 3-5

seconds. Repeat 3 times.

Stay away from fats, meats, breads and sugars.

Eat mostly veggies and fruits.

No soda pop, alchohol, etc.

I would also do the basic 5 minute Donna Drills 3 times a day,

paying particular attention to clearing clogged lymphatics.

And be darn sure to normalize your Triple Warmer (flight and fight

meridian) before eating. There is a file on how to do that in the

files section on the left of this page.

If you have a lot of fear, then also hold your forehead

neurovasculars, and the back of the hear points, doing both at the

same time. Might need to do it for yourself or have someone else do

it for you. Takes a few minutes, depending on when the pulses even out.

And make sure your eliminations are up to par. This basically means

getting 16 colonics in a 1 month period of time (Edgar Cayce). You need to clear

the bodies toxins, and do it as quickly as you can.

Again, you need to see someone in the medical profession that can look at you,

test you and help you out personally.

Sincerely,

Dear georgiegirl2k, I read doc's post to you and agree that getting checked out medically would be the first place to start. Having said that my personal experience with medical dr.'s pertaining to the feeling of tightness of my throat hasn't been productive but I was seen at the local clinic which no longer even exists due to funding cuts. You said this started about 4 weeks ago.... what happened that was different? Did you try a different food, change laundry detergent, did new neighbors move in, has a new business move into the neighborhood? If you go away from home does it get better? If seasonal allergies are not a problem try going to a big cemetary and staying for awhile and see if the symptoms improve (cleanest air in town and no people like you might encounter in a park) Besides the emergy drills and elimination diet doc gave I would suggest taking enzymes

to help digest what you are eating and improve elimination. But figuring out what became different 4 weeks ago would help to pinpoint the solution. Even when my doors and windows are closed and my neighbors doors and windows are closed... when they smoke in certain parts of their house it comes into my house and makes me sick and causes my throat to close up. If you live in an apartment building this maybe even more of a problem. Feel free to contact me off list for nutritional supplements that give you more available oxygen like sun chlorella and vitamin O.
