Guest guest
Has anyone ever done research into the way that Attention Deficit Disorder impacts those wishing to learn the healing techniques (things like concentration, for one)? The common main-stream belief is that there are differences in the configuration of certain nerves and neurotransmitters. Those with ADD tend to have a number of similar personality traits as well--having this disorder myself; I can tell you that I have always felt a little " out of the norm " . I am trying to make assets of my challenges--for example I have a high level of creativity which helps with visualization, but although practise has made a difference in my concentration, I still feel way behind the 8-ball here. Often, there are associated mood-swings and depression that can affect a person's ability to adhere to a belief necessary to create a succesful healing. Any ideas????
