Guest guest
Push-ups before any performance will blow that performance! My wife loves American Idol. I love my wife so I watch that & *^%$#* show with her. Last night this gentleman tells the audience his superior pre-performance routine. Push-ups! And he does those push-ups to get his blood flowing. For performance, " blood flowing " is NEVER enough. Push-ups do NOT do anything good for the energies necessary for performance. In fact those normal push-ups are very bad for performance energies and cause the bodies energies to run straight up and down and NOT run in the necessary figure 8 patterns for great performance. And the young man goes out and performs. The first half of his performance was awkward and stilted. But then his singing and dance routine " connected " and he did rather well. Now group, What should the performer do that would positively enhance his dance routine and his signing PRIOR to his performance? On another note, Jack walked into my office while I was writing this post. He read it and asked, " What about my Tiger Training Drills? " I told him, " they'll make anyone doing them homolateral " . His reply, " No way! " My reply, " let's energy test before and after " . So we did and they do make a person homolateral. But Jack's Tiger Training also has proper energy drills inside of it, so that AFTER the Tiger STRENGTH Training is done, all those energies ARE properly reconnected. Dr John La Tourrette PS. We do have an " Energies for Athletes " 3 DVD set if anyone is interested. Just email Jack or Erik at warriorpublication for information. I think we have 3 sets ready to go. Guest guest
My first thought was the 5-minute energy routine The cross-crawl, Wayne Cook and Celtic weave should all help But it may not be enough on its own I've noticed in the past how after a gym workout with a mix of exercise, I am really energized. I recently did an audition where I parked a good 15 minute walk away. It went well and I'm certain that that walk was a key contributing factor. And I've also noticed the opposite - an easy drive, park outside and the performance sucked Vince , " docspeed2001 " <docspeed2001 wrote: > > Push-ups before any performance will blow that performance!
