I think we must challange the no liability unilateral decision . At this point I think it is important to raise the Qs about why this is needed / are they expecting problems ?

As citizens who to Right to Health Qs this decision & reject the producrt associated & we have a right to say no .

While the mothers , fathers ,wives ,brothers ,sisters & children who lost their loved ones in Kargill were remembering the sacrifice of their family members , the PM & Beurocracy bigwigs were conspicuous by their absence .

To add insult to injuryThe President , PM & UPA Chairperson found time to Honour Mr Bill Gateswith Indira Gandhi award .

Ms Nooyi having been given Padam .. something by the Govt , honouring her as NRI of the Year to top it all PM deciding to have her as Advisory Panel shows the priorities .

Yesterday Dr Binayek was in Delhi for an interaction in ISI .where many people shared what was going on how 90% media advertisement were from Corporates & the Middle class has chosen to act like Gandhi ji's 3 monkeys ( my words ) .

What disturbed me the most was sharing about the action planned post monsoon in tribal areas which has systematically neglected the health , education & basic services for people living in these areas . It will be many of these people women , children elderly tribal people who will lose the little that they have , including their lives as collataral damage in the massiveanti Naxalite activity planned post monsoon .

The person who represented Enron , Novartis & Vedanta , who has a vision of 85%

of the people living in urban areas , is the Home Minister .

The facilitation of take over by corporates of the

precious natural resources , forest , land ores , water is taking place , Dr Binayek in jail for 2 years , Bulldozing & demolishing Himanshu's Vanvasi Chetana Ashram which had been providing health , education & support to the neglected tribals is part of the process .

of silencing the Human Rights Defenders . Demonization of all even the simple tribals as dangerous & violent will insure that no one speaks up when they are wiped out , or bundled into reserves like in US .

Binayek's urgent appeal to various groups , organizations & networks to join this initiative for peace with justice is an effort to prevent this .
