Guest guest
re: your energy mix with your parents... you are extremely perceptive in noticing that your shift in your energies is activating your parents... In my work with kids who are moving between the court system, home, school, and foster care I have never NOT seen that happen. A family unit is set to a certain dynamic of energy exchange, and when one person starts to change, it can activate triple warmer in the others. Depending on the student, I tell them that they are not only changing their own energy, they are creating a huge paradigm shift, that has the potential to liberate generations in a family dynamic that runs on fear. When a person is shifting their own energy its a fragile process on the learning curve, and some people have had to take a break from relationships that hold them in old patterns, sometimes temporarily, sometimes for longer....or else they become very selective about who they see and when... The problem/challenge is that if our parents ran their energy field by triple warmer energy, we have all these receptors to our parent's energy fields...I think that's why Ram Dass said, "If you think you are enlightened, go home". In a family dynamic the parent's energy often overcomes the child like a steam roller, and it still has the potential to do that ...until it gets to the point where you energy field realizes that you are now able to separate from them, and still survive. But one thing I can suggest is to try to be in radiant circuit energies when you are with your parents....ie to try to do things that bring you joy when you are with them and start to entrain them. We use music alot, I have one student who loves Josh Groban and another used Jon Bon Jovi, but for example some CD's have been produced live and the performers are projecting so much inspiration and love, its powerful energy medicine ( the key is finding something you all like) . My sons love Jim Carey and Adam Sandler....I have all his movies here, and when the grandparents come to visit, that's the plan. It has to be something that can eliminate the dynamic of "Trying too hard". Going to gardens, being around puppies etc are other examples. There is one old man who comes to the puppy rescue for all the open houses, even though he can't adopt a dog....I think he just loves to watch the families falling in love with the puppies. If you can rent some comedies, etc...anything that can generate joy, you are shifting the balance....(for the planet..) Who do you love? take care, Patricia
