Whatever, figure 8s with fingers, hand, eyes should help. While at stops, consider doing alternate Wayne Cook/Tibetan prayer pose, more 8s, EFT tapping, 3 Thumps. Give yourself a bear hug. Run joy through your body, etc as Donna describes in her book. When the anger, rage surfaces practice something you have practiced prior to driving: " Where do i feel that in my body? RE-member that it is only energy and watch it soften and flow. Energy tends to return to flow and giving intention assists in that flow. " As i say practicing this a bit outside of driving time improves one's skill at the drill while also driving... or doing anything else.
