Maybe the reversal from " energyhealing " to " healingenergy " has had a homolateral crossover effect of sorts. I'm continuing to practice the drills from Donna's book that I started using as my guide about a month ago. So far, Excellent is my opinion. Been doing the five minute routine each day and adding something new from the book to it every day or so. The Strange flows exercises are a great mood lifter. The effect of that drill hasn't diminished as one poster indicated it had with him in the other group, though will admit that some days the intensity does vary. Could be a result of what my predominant thoughts are at the time. In any case, I have to make sure that I don't do that particular drill if I have to appear serious about something during the following 20 minutes or so since it has a tendency to cause me to want to laugh about nothing in particular for up to 20 minutes. The way I see it, what better medicine is there than laughter every day? Now I have a way to get my daily dose. Been experimenting the past few days with the temple tapping method discussed on pages 332 to 338, and having great results changing or eliminating automatic unwanted responses I had to certain things that now seem less than trivial to me. Curious to see if they come back. Also just started working with the eye pattern release method and definitely noticed when I looked in a certain direction there was an intensifying of a certain memory I was working on, followed by a sigh of relief as the tension associated with that memory was released. The memory doesn't seem to faze me anymore when I bring it up. Again, curious to see if they come back again. Great stuff this " healing energy " .
