Guest guest
I get asked by many people " why I can move so good and look so young " . I tell them, " forced compliance on exercise " . That means I do work out 5 times a week. I also teach kung-fu 5 times a week. I also do stretching 5 times a week. I do weight bearing drills for my thighs, calfs and knees 3 times a week. I do energy drills every day. Here's a neat quote from some great people. John La Tourrette, PhD ------------------------------- Strength Training It's Never Too Late to be Strong Strength Training has been a big part of Jack LaLanne's life. Listen to what the Godfather of Fitness has said... " Now the medical profession is saying something different. Every one of the doctors without exception is saying, build muscle. I encourage all of you to make exercise a priority in your life. " The Scientific Research is Clear! Dr. William Evans, Ph.D. and Dr. Irwin H. Rosenberg, M.D. have produced exciting evidence demonstrating that the body's decline is NOT because of aging but rather the combined effects of inactivity, poor nutrition and illness – much of which can be controlled. --------------------------- Ps. Forced compliance means that it is something that is MANDATORY to do, like you are in Basic Training in the Marine Corps! Do it DAILY, even if you don't feel like it. Pretend there is a drill sargent yelling at you forcing you do exercise or else. Do it right so you stay safe and your body and joints stay safe.
