Judith Orloff, MD is a well known psychiatrist based in Southern

California. Dr. Orloff is also psychic and highly intuitive. You

might be able to imagine what obstacles she might have had to

overcome in getting her fellow physicians to not try to lock her

up as a nut case herself. She has done a lot to get energy

psychiatry introduced into more medical training and into its

vocabulary at all. Since she is an MD she probably has more clout

than a psychologist like Patricia Carrington who specializes in

EFT.

Dr. Orloff's own parents did not know how to support her when she

was growing up and she pretty much had to discover her own way

with her intuitive abilities. I have to admit that I had a

fantasy of seeing her at a training with Doc. I'll bet she would

find it useful and educational.

I just listened to a 1 hour interview with Dr. Orloff. She is an

intelligent, interesting person as well as energetically aware.

I have noticed that during Doc's intensives there are times I

need to get off by myself to recharge my batteries rather than

going to dinner with fellow participants. Dr. Orloff spoke about

taking care of ourselves and honoring what we need individually,

as well as being aware of those things.

It is encouraging to me to find the concept of energy work being

spread wider and wider into more areas of the US and other

countries. How we take care of ourselves energetically is

extremely important to our continued wellbeing.

Congratulations, Dr. Orloff for being a bellwether for better,

more open ideas to come in allopathic medicine!!!!
