Can we overdo energy boosting or clearing exercises and is there some guide

to where the line is crossed?

 

I'm wondering specificly if massaging the KD1 as a routine has any downside.

 

And is there any advantage to doing the " expelling venom " drill if one has

no " venom " to expell?

Could it be functional in unclogging unconscious clenching?
