Energy drills are an installation of a habit. Relaxation is an installation of a habit. Doing light exercise daily is an installation of a habit. Blessing others daily is an installation of a habit. Blessing your food prior to eating is an installation of a habit. Eating small amount of food 3-5 times daily is an installation of a habit. Taking the proper vitamins daily is an installation of a habit. Developing awareness of when you are in Triple Warmer overwhelm in done through the practice of a habit. Postive thinking (the correct way, NOT the avoidance way) is done by the installation of a habit. Blab, blab, blab... Habits take time to install... ....at least 21-30 days... ....and that is ONLY the formation of the start of a habit. ....and the MORE you do a drill, the better it gets. Energy Health is a habit of all of the above. How do you eat an elephant? One bite at a time. How do you walk a thousand miles? One step at a time. How do you write a 250 page book?
