It's amazing to me how many people will review all the

negatives when

they do health cases, and literally refuse to do what they are taught

to do.

 

They are doing the REVERSE of what they were taught to do.

 

Go to level.

When at level, REVIEW a health case where you were successfull.

 

Then, with that EMOTIONAL ENERGY ANCHORED, now do the new health case.

 

Between EACH HEALTH CASE, do a mental review of when you were very

successful before.

 

Otherwise you'll run into the same situations that VM has run into.
