On exercise always build in a SAFETY factor

I've fallen out of a tree and broke my back.

I've had my neck 'cracked' in a car accident.

I've torn out my left hip.

I've torn out my right knee, THREE times.

Broken bones.

Surgery.

Blab, blab, blab.

And because of fear of negative consequences caused by wrong types of exercise

I've limited my training, even though I LOVE training.

So I first erased my fear subconscious programs.

Especially the ones about aging and not healing.

Installed into my energy field and my subconscious mind what I wanted instead.

Installed those skills with the safety factor of " I am achieving those skills

(add associated pictures and feelings)safely and competely " .

Took a walk down Mill Creek Falls last weekend.

It was nice doing that rugged trip with good knees, strong thighs and strong

calf muscles.

The safety factor?

I took a 6 foot branch and used it for additional balance and knee strength.

Any comments or questions?

HI DOC!

I have a question. You said:

OK... I know how to take the bad out of the energy fields but WHAT METHOD did

you your to install the good? Was it the type of kinestethic anchoring or a

mental anchoring? I'm still learning here so I am curious what method you used.

Maybe it's one I've not learned yet or am still practicing?

THANK YOU!
