We all want love, comfort, companionship.So this is a reminder to love

yourself. Do something special for yourself today too.

When you are passing out the chocolates or the gummy bear hearts or

fixing or arranging for a special dinner or treat for your loved ones .

Remember to include some special treat for your self because you are

worthy of love . You are worthy of your own unconditional love.

Even if you are alone or are not planning anything special remember to

take a little time just to appreciate and cherish all the great things

about yourself .

If you cannot think of any then you need to sit down and write a list

of nice good lovable things about yourself .

Your spirit breathes love in the same way your body breathes air

you have only to breathe deeply to be filled.

 

A perfect thought is love.

Love yourself ,love another, love a flower.

A perfect thought is thanks.

Hold gratitude for all blessings.

Know that all there is is blessings.

The only real difference between

Heaven and Hell is our attitude.

Now that you have remembered

who you are and who we all are.

Now you will change what you need to change.

So that you will know that you are loved and whole,

and in heaven, here and now, always and forever.
