Guest guest
Has anyone had any success treating a genetic condition? Here is an interesting case:Our programmer/coder is about 35 years old, and has a genetic condition -- he has had a genetic test and knows exactly which genes are mutated. The condition creates problems in the processing of collagen IV -- so he has lost much of his hearing and the same collagen is in kidneys, and the membranes of his kidneys can scar. His almost went into renal failure a few weeks ago.His brother has the same condition. It is inherited from the mother, but females don't express the condition (It's an x chromosome defect) He is a PhD in Chemistry from Cal Tech. Brilliant. Very imaginative. Really lovely person. Very, very metal -- but also has a highly imaginative, artistic side which seem to be very water. He studies fung shui, thai chi, and practiced judo as a kid. Not homolaterial when I test him, which is amazing considering he is in front of a computer for 9 hours or more a day. Also very grounded (he was a rock and mountain climber)I want to put a program together for him -- he is moving back to Switzerland in a month.I know we can influence our genes, but is the best approach grid work?Any ideas are warmly welcomed.
