Attunement?

Actually, I find the stones I hold when I sleep to be very comforting...

Depends on what kind of inner work you are doing and if it opens you to

this outside. I began doing simple samatha and started having weird and

sometimes scary dreams. Which is a good sign. I felt surround as I sat on

the floor in half-lotus. But beings who wished me harm or wanted to give me

bad dreams out of revenge. Some wrathful others not so wrathful.

I began doing the tong-len technique or something similar asking for

forgiveness. Blessing and making offerings to these beings and no longer

felt such a strong presence around me. Perhaps my offerings were pleasing.

No more bad dreams for awhile.

Oh, I thought I was the only one. Yes, I do have weird days when I sleep with

certain ones. I sleep with them when I think I can get away with it. (He has

asked me to keep the boulders out the bed LOL) One night, I slept with green

kyanite and wow, what a dream. So I put it to the test, it is the kyanite and

not just coincidence. I have a window next to my bed, and I have made a crystal

garden, of sorts and in the center is a large moonstone and I find that it does

draw the moonlight. Tracy

I read recently in a book called Gems and Stones based on the Edgar Cayce

Readings, that Amethyst is used for attunements. One of many stones. It is a

fascinating book that I've marked up.

 

 

This morning while I was doing the Lumanan (sp?) energy transmission, this time

I felt it, Larimar came to mind in answer about my throat. I don't own a

Larimar. After meditation, I immediately looked it up and it helps with throat

conditions among other problems. Kewl, eh?

 

Last week , I had a crystal dream about a sort of smoky stone that has golden

liquid in it. I know I've seen the stones in catalogues. They are quite rare

and expensive. What I don't know is why the stone came to me in my dream. I

was at gem faire and one jumped off a table into my path as I was walking by the

table. End of dream.

 

 

I discovered I have to have a counter stone when I sleep with crystals/gemstones

under my pillow or even in my hand. Have any of you experienced migraines or leg

spasms with just crystals at your Alpha?

Tracy, most nights before I got to bed I lay there with my little bag of

stones held to my 3rd eye and I ask them to protect me and to bring only those

in spirit that I specifically ask for and then I just hold them there for a

while. I never fell asleep that way. I carry these stones with me all the

time. The little bag also contains my pendulum that I call Penny and I have a

great relationship with her. I think I do with them all really. I just love

my stones!!
