Doc,A fellow from northern Ca/Sacramento area named Walter Makichen was on our local healing radio show (The Aware Show -- Lisa Garr. She has promoted Donna Eden a number of times) and he had some interesting views. (Seems to apply Touch for Health and he mentioned Thought Forms)Anyway, I joined his mailing list, and he sent an interesting breathing exercise -- a variant of the alternate nostril breathe :Sit comfortably, close your eyes, and listen to the sound of your breath.Imagine that you are inhaling through the entire front of your body, then exhale out the back. Reverse this by inhaling through the back of your body and exhaling out the front. Now imagine that you are inhaling through the left side of you body and exhaling out the the right side. Now reverse it and inhale through the right side of your body and out through the left. Now imagine that you are inhaling through the top of  your head, down your body and exhaling out your feet. Reverse it and inhale through your feet, up through your body and exhale out the top of your head.Repeat this breath for several minutes.--- I played with this exercise and added a darth vader breathe in, and HA breathe out, while visualizing the breathe coming through the entire side of my body (holding in the center for 4 seconds) and exhaling out the other side.  Ending with a full darth vader breathe -- out the third eye. (Or palm charkras -- really neat too)I did it standing and laying down on the floor (better than sitting, because sitting breaks my energy field)  Standing was good, because I could pull energy from the ground. However -- I just did the series once, as it seemed sufficient. Really clears out the gunk pretty well!Helen Driscoll
