I've used it so much, the mat's getting less resilient and I think I'd like one slightly larger too. I'm thinking about really going for it and getting one of Al Carter's rebounders. Maybe a folding one. It'd be nice to be able to put it away once in a while. So Doc, why do you like your expensive one more? > > Get rid of all breads and all sugars. I got bored with its restrictions though, so I quit. Now I am just keeping carbs as low as I can. Sugar and I DON'T get along. But I do get hungry when I reduce carbs. So how rigorous does a person need to be with the carbs in your experience to lose weight quickly? > > Then we need to get your endocrine system working right so that the > Spleen meridian clicking into gear and helps melt the fat. > > Later on that, if interested. > I'm interested! I have been flushing spleen, as Donna recommends, when I remember to, which probably isn't as often as would be most useful. What other drills can we use to get Spleen humming along? Thanks, Doc. I know the Needaks are kinda pricey, but I'm thinking about one anyway. (I already " store " mine leaning against a wall; it'd be nice to have the option of folding the thing up out of sight in my little apartment.) I've just about worn out one of the type Jim dislikes -- with elastic bands rather than springs -- but it's taken me a couple of years to do so, and having only spent about $20 on it, I think I got my money's worth. I do want to hear Doc's reasons for preferring his " expensive " one -- and what model is it, anyway? I forgot to ask. Amy
