Sometimes this can be mitigated by drinking sufficient water when supplementing with arginine. Also, remember to take lysine, as well to offset some of the negative side effects of arginine supplementation. > > Faithfully, > > Douglas Jesus Crist! Get off the negative thinking! Your comment is like saying, " don't do pushups because you'll get sore chest muscles " . Grow up. Everything has a price. Every thing, even water and air, have side effects. You can get good and inexpensive Inner Power formulated scientifically by life extension scientists Peason & Shaw, through iherb.com. They did it right. You can buy their inexpensive formula, or you can spend hundreds of hours attempting to study those growth hormone precursors yourself, buying 28 different vitamins, and then gagging on them when you take them handfuls at a time, and then " hoping " you are correct. Or you can by-pass the worry wart phase, and that " choke a horse " phase, and just use their products correctly, according to their books and their articles. Take 4 tablespoons of IP after 3 hours of no foods with medium or high glycemic index, add water, stir, and then easily chug-a-lug, the good tasting solution, and then workout 1 hour later. Doc has given the proper way to use those precursors many times already. Sandy Godheart
