There are many things that are in energy medicine besides the normal meridians, chakras, Radiant Energies, Cletic weaves, etc that most people talk about, and work very well along side of the energy medicine portion... ....things that Donna does that has not yet appeared in any book, or manual by her or by David...but they are mentioned on some of the videos of her advanced trainings. Most people don't know it, but Donna regularly goes on a " fast " , a designed program to eliminate toxins from her body. She does this regularly for rejuvenation of the physical body. Please notice how young she appears, and how youthful she still moves. And, as I again re-read your post Kate, it reminded me of a post done by Chris a month or two back where he was commenting about lower back pains, and how those LBP's could be caused by something besides the back or the vertebra...something like toxins building up because of a misfunctioning ileocecal valve, or the colon not working properly. (See drill to re-open the ileocecal valve in the archives, on in Donna's book.) And, in your case, that also reminded me of another book that goes over complete treatment of colon care, and that one of the symptoms of colon problems can be shoulder pain, and bursitis. There are reflex points on the colon, and the ones for the shoulders are on the right side of the transverse colon, near the hepatic flexure. Since not much else is helping, there is a $19.95 book titled, " Edgar Cayce's Guide to Color Care " by Sandra Duggan, R.N. It's a fasinating read, and anyone with any type of long term illness, cancer, arthritis, back pain, etc, might want to read it and spend a month doing the drills in the book. They are effective, easy to do, and it's simple to follow those instructions. Something that might also help immediately would be to do a peanut oil massage to both shoulders for 20 minutes...or have a loved one do it for you. (In most cases I am totally against OTC pain medications, prescriptions, and most allopathic medicines!) Dr. William McGarey, M.D. and A.R.E. physician uses peanut oil massage in his practice in Phoenix AZ. His results are very good. I've used it with my clients to good effect, and I've used it on my own knees to great effect, AFTER nothing else would relieve the pain. And, doing that peanut oil massage for 1 week, took the knee pain away permanently, as long as I don't over-do the exercise. ....and, if I do, I just pull out the peanut oil again. (I also massage the 2 neurolymphatics behind the knee joint as I do the massage, and that adds tremendously to the benifits.) In a " reading " Edgar Cayce stated the following about peanut oil. " The lowly peanut oil has in its combination that which will aid in creating in the superficial circulation, and in the superficial structural forces, as well as in the skin and blood, those influences that make more pliable the skin, muscles, nerves and tendons, that go to make up the assistance to structural portions of the body. Its absorption and its radiation through the body will also strengthen the activities of the structural body itself. " (page 80, " The Edgar Cayce Remedies " ) Thirdly, we have the " intention " or the focus of the " will " as you do the above drills. Hope these help you. Sincerely, John M.
