This is so neat. Here's what's so neat. 3 weeks ago I'm in a used book store and I find this pile of older martial arts books, so I cull through them, picking out the ones that I like... ....and putting back the ones I think that are inferior... ....and looking at those books I noticed that 3 of them that I had culled out actually made me real angry... ....so I put them back also... And I walked around the store, finally going up to the desk to buy the ones I wanted... ....and I paused... ....then went back and picked up the 3 books that made me angry... ....because the books should NOT have made me angry, so now I had to actually study those books and " find out " WHAT WAS INSIDE ME that caused anger to come forth. So I did study them... ....I did recognize the " fault " ... ....I did correct the internal problem I had. Strong negative emotions are ALWAYS a sign of some type of internal conflict. I once told two psychiatrists that we choose our beliefs and feelings. They rounded on me in no uncertain terms. I learned to temper my words to closed-minded people and let them wallow in their own miseries. Question: Strong *positive* emotions are ALWAYS a sign of...?
