Doc/Others?,

 

I just recieved the Remote Viewing CD's, and am doing the drills as

they are explained.I need some clarification on Disc 3,where some

stress relief techniques are explained.

 

One method Doc explains is to apply 3 fingers of one hand to the

triple warmer just above the ear(?) and 3 fingers of the other hand to

the hollow of the neck. where specifically is the hollow of the neck?

I didn't know the neck had a....hollow?
