Doc,

 

I just checked out the drill in the archives and I love it My

energies just seemed to perk up. I felt better and more energy was

available to me. . I have seen Donna Do it a few times and loved it

then too. Thanks for reminding me about that one. One question... in

the post you say it is important to get the other meridian involved

activated( without giving the name it allows others to search for it

too!) So could you tell me what specifically is important about the

sequence involved???
