The following isometric drill works great for any stiff neck. It worked great for a gentleman that had neck damage because of being crashed into by a blind woman driving down the road at more than 45 mph. Place your left hand against the left side of your head. Press both together for 3 seconds. Do 3 times. Place your right hand against the right side of your head. Press both together for 3 seconds. Do 3 times. Grab your right wrist with your left hand and place back of hand to forehead. Press back and you press your head forward 3 times. Interlock your fingers. Place behind your head. Press hands forward as your press head back 3 times. You can also adjust the angle of the head to get the " spot " that seems to be mis-aligned. ©
