Well in your case 'Susan' I'd be damn sure to do the drills that take care of 'scrambled' energies. When doing the five minute drills be darn sure to Do the Wayne Cook, and to do it a minimum of twice a day for at least a month. It can and does help with many psychological problems such as confusion, obsessiveness, compulsivity, disorganization, depression, excessive anger, blab, blab, blab... What happens is that stress causes the reptilian section of the brain to dominate the forebrain, and your thinking brain turns OFF. Doing the Wayne Cook can: 1. bring a sense of order into your affairs. 2. lets you better comprehend the world you are facing. 3. Literally puts one foot infront of the other. a. even if the upset is so intense hat you are unable to quit crying. b. are finding yourself snapping and yelling at others c. sinking into despair. d. feeling you ae beyond exhaustion. 4. It will move stress hormones out of your body. 5. You will feel less crazy and over-whelmed almost immediately. 6. It will untangle inner chaos. 7. You will see with better perspective. 8. You will be able to focus your mind more effectively. 9. YOu can think more clearly. 10. You can learn more proficiently. That is enough for now.
