Guest guest
Last night, about 3:30 am I finished up my nightly study. I then went in to do some pushups, another task I do nightly. I did 15 of them and I felt pretty damn tired. Which is NOT normal for me. So I just did two energy drills that I know very well how to do, but rarely feel the need to do. I did a 'jump-start' on my meridian system, making sure those energies were running forward in the natural way. That process took about 30 seconds. Then I made sure that the energy from my right brain hemisphere was going to the left side of the body and that the energy from the left hemisphere was going to the right side of the body. It took about 2 minutes, give 10 seconds or so. I then went and effortlessly popped off 35 pushups with no stress, strain or tiredness. What is this post about, group? Why is the above very important? John La Tourrette, PhD
