I've just been busy recently; plus my arthritis has been bad so I've tended

just to lurk.

I too am finding now that I am working more intuitively than by the general

lists; so will try and input a bit more on my experiences with the crystals

I'm working with.

As a starter, for chronic arthritis pain; especially if there is also

inflammation, I find that I work extensively with lapis lazuli. I have a

flat lapis disc about 1.5 - 2 inches; and I find that by placing it on the

affected joint it draws out both the pain & the inflammation. In

particular, this works strongest with the spine.

I am playing around with other combinations, for the same thing - so will

share if I come up with anything. Lapis gives my hubby a severe headache -

so I can only use it if he is not in the room :(
