As a starter, for chronic arthritis pain; especially if there is also inflammation, I find that I work extensively with lapis lazuli. I have a flat lapis disc about 1.5 - 2 inches; and I find that by placing it on the affected joint it draws out both the pain & the inflammation. In particular, this works strongest with the spine. I am playing around with other combinations, for the same thing - so will share if I come up with anything. Lapis gives my hubby a severe headache - so I can only use it if he is not in the room llb Hazel _______________ Join the world’s largest e-mail service with MSN Hotmail. http://www.hotmail.com
