Wade, That is YOUR mind-read and NOT what I said or implied. And YOU did respond, which I do think is neat. My question is, " Did he get the answer that will get him to where he wants to go? " And we have no way of knowing that, do we? He has NOT replied to your 'calming breath' answer yet, has he? Or did he reply to you privately? >Just because someone doenst make a clear statement should not mean >we do not respond. I think it means that some people have much more time on their hands than do others. Which is fine and dandy. >Sometimes people are sure " what " they are asking. They just know >they are asking some question about some idea/thought/emotion/belief >they have and they do the best they can with that. Now we are getting into what you would seem to perceive as an 'attack' when their was no such thing. What there was was an explanation about certain non-actions. There was also a bit of talk about a 'Clarity Model' (which I think you can find in the files section here, or on my other mindmastery-essentialskills group)... ....and the learning of the Meta-Model. Hopefully some people were at least propelled to go and google the " meta-model " and now are learning to use it a little bit in their own lives. It is a very good tool of living life better and living life with self-responsibility. > Not specific to this question, but I have seen many many posts on >many groups go unanswered. By not answering, this continues the >question. The poster doesnt realize they have done anything wrong. It is NOT wrong. It is just unclear. And many times such posts HAVE ALREADY BEEN answered many times in back posts that the person asking the question has just NOT had the persistence to search for. > This doesnt mean they shouldnt clarify their response when asked >however. Then ask them Wade. Just don't use the 'why' word, but do use 'what', 'how', 'how-else', etc, for clean elicitation so they can give clearer answers. Possibility questions are also great, ie, " If you did know, what would you know? " Thank you. John La Tourrette, PhD
