Triple Warmer over arousal. Thing #2. A vitamin deficiency. Normally, Calcium, zinc or mag. For the TW over arousal, just do the " Centering drill " . It will calm you down immediately. Then, mentally get in touch with that " part " and have is also relax, using autogentics. Or, if you choose, use a form of visualization, a form similar to the Mental relaxation when you pretend you are on a beach in Cancun...you are laying on the beach...the sun is very warm...you are looking up into a clear blue sky...you notice the motionless, calm ocean...you hear small surf hit the shore, the seagulls talking to one another...blab, blab, blab... ....and you bask in that energy in all 5 tuple. For thing #2, you get some Calmag that has all three of the vitamins in it, and you take it a couple of times a day. Calmag is a powder that you dissolve in water. And it is much more easiely and quickly absorbed by the human body. And BE DAMN SURE to continue with the energy drills. A big mistake many in healing energies make, is that they believe that " energy is everything " ...which is NOT false... ....but WHICH IN INTERPRETED INCORRECTLY... ....there is energy in food...there is energy in vitamins...there is energy in everything...but those different energies, to be used by the human body, need to be in a special form. Why? Because we have bodies! The two methods of correcting Right index finger twitching
