Guest guest
Any recommendations for stones for menopause? I have been told moonstone is good. I carry them with me and have them all over the house and sleep with some, also. Nothing seems to help. Any suggestions, oh wise and knowing people? Any help would be appreciated. Thanks, Barb

Actually the stone that was my main helper had no name and was just a pale pink milky rock with a kind of powdery appearance that is a common rock in the San Francisco / San Bruno area cherry opal and other clear red stones are on some lists I was also drawn to sun stone and other orange stones You know moon stones and selinite and labradorite are on the lists I've seen too but they seem more appropriate for menstrual issues and fertility issues rather than the menopausal stages to me anyway Though they are great for emotional healing and intuitive work I am sure there is a great deal of variation I would look for those stones that are used to treat any specific symptoms you might have . Eating lots of cinnamon and I mean lots, helped me too Traditional medicinal teas used to have a good tea but I don't know if it is still on the market nor do I recall the exact name. perhaps someone has a good suggestions for herbs and essential oils and other helpers Peggy -- Huna, Angels, Crystals, fairies, the aura, Reiki manuals, spirituality} http://www.geocities.com/solarraven/index.html Sparrows Fairyland} art http://www.geocities.com/pjentoft/index.html Spirited emotion} http://members.tripod.com/~sunsparrow/index.html Heretic Sanctuary http://people.we.mediaone.net/skygreen/index.html
