What to do when you get tired and confused

Yeah, it's done that here too. Real screwy. I did not want to get out of bed.

I did breathing exercises, and also got back on the mini trampoline.

 

But it wasn't enough.

 

I had to combine in my segment intending based on values and what's important to

me WHILE doing the energizing drills so I'd be able toget up off my butt to get

stuff done.
