Yep. 1. Exercise, a minimum of 30 minutes a day. Read Dr. Laurence E. Morehouse. 2. Then a rebounder for cleaning up the lymphatics. Advocated by Donna Eden, but I could not find my book on the shelf of the original author. Sorry. 3. Then Chelation therapy (with vitamins) or going to a medical doctor to clear up the arteries and veins. (do a google search for this information) 4. Then the colon, with a systematic colonic therapy treatment. Read " Healing Miracles " by Dr. William A. McGarey. 5. Then get your bodies energies running correctly for maximum performance. See Donne Eden's " Energy Medicine " , the Basic 5 Minute routine. ©
Guest guest
This link has several books. Take a look. http://www.needak-rebounders.com/books.htm If you do get a rebounder, pay attention to your own body and don't over do it. Build up your capacity over time.
