Guest guest
If you just say, " I want a lot of money, " how are you going to get what you want when it is so nebulous. And how are you going to know whether you get what you want when the want is so general? Would you say, " I did not mean xxx. I really wanted yyy. " Then go for yyy very specifically from the beginning. If I say something like, " I want to earn $500,000 per year, " that is pretty darn specific. Then I would want to put in effort to bring about success. I know I mentally asked for an all blue car with blue interior. I was not specific about how old, model, make, etc. I wound up with a rather ratty looking blue Volvo 240 sedan that I had for several years. I did get what I asked for, though. I mentally saw myself in a red Mercedes convertible sports car, driving in the left lane of a three lane winding highway at 90 mph (55 mph posted speed limit). I felt the steering wheel in my hands, felt the breeze flowing through my hair, felt the adrenaline rush through me as I made the curves of the highway. I even saw a white truck along side of me driving at top speed in the middle lane next to me. About a month later... I drove my red Mercedes convertible sports car, with the wind rushing through my hair, as I sped down that highway, passing a white truck that was in the middle lane....I kinda got a déjà vu feeling when I realized that it was the mental movie that I had seen in my mind ... and released without trying to figure out how I will be able to afford it. I got my BMW in a similar way years ago, which I still have cause I love it. Cars don't mean all that much to me, so it seemed easy. I seem to struggle, however, when I struggle and am anxious about my other desired outcomes. Does that make sense? Paulina************************************** See what's free at http://www.aol.com. Guest guest
In "A Happy Pocket Full of Money" the author says not to use "want" since it is a future based word that comes out of neediness. It is best to use only present tense language to get better results. I also think focusing on things isn't the best way to go. It is best to address the reason for blocking abundance to begin with. There are no shortcuts. Someone like Joan Sotkin of www.prosperityplace.com is a good resource. Not affiliated with her in any way, Just a customer of her products. Another is Dr Carol Look, She has a book focusing of Eft for money issues.Blessings,Energyangelica M J Nelson <zpp4everyone wrote: If you just say, "I want a lot of money," how are you going to get what you want when it is so nebulous.
