I've succeeded in getting to the point where I'm eating alot better, and paying attention to what is going on inside of me, emotionally while eating. I've become really acidic and have started to eat many more veggies....picked up a really good book by Robert Young, " The PH Miracle for Weight Loss " . Excellent! Have managed to drop 5 lbs. so far. The book has some good recipes and you can also google around. Also am drinking alkaline treated water. Here is one for those of you who like cauliflower, I've found a delicious and EZ one: boil 1 head of cauliflower. Then sautee in olive oil, and throw in 3-4 cloves of garlic, crushed red pepper to taste, salt, pepper. Voila! No more excuses...been there, done that. Ad nauseum.
