Well,

Right off, stay away from most fats, especially all hydrogenated oils, and all

transfats.

They cause illnesses such as arteriosclerosis and cancer and diabetes.

Instead of margarine, use real butter.

Instead of soy oil (horrible) use virgin olive oils or coconut oils.

The oils you want to use are medium chain fatty acids that are cold-pressed.

Stay away from all processed flours.

Stay away from all sugars.

Take Kaffa (Ayurveda) foods that are thermogentic.

And, do the 55 Second Energy Drill BEFORE eating, and right after eating...

....especially the thumps on the Spleen Lymphatics.

Or you can do the Three Thumps BEFORE eating.

Then do the Easy Energy Method to erase the charge off of " when I eat I always

get fat " .

That takes 8 seconds to do.

Then you add a charge to " When I eat I choose to eat foods that keep me

healthly, youthful, slim and trim " .

Immediately following following they meal, AGAIN do the 55 second drill, paying

particular attention to the thumps on the Spleen Lymphatics AND focusing on the

intention to metabolize food quickly and easily.

Be sure to exercise for 30-45 minutes each day. That means a 'fast walk' NOT a

puppy walk.

after walking for 30 minutes your body easily melts fat for the next 18-24

hours!!!

Cool hunnn?
