I did miss your original post Sue.

 

You are doing a bunch of neat stuff already...

 

....so what I'm suggesting is something to add to it.

 

What I do with joint situations like this (with my athletes and clients) is add

some of the Edgar Cayce applications to the EM tactics.

 

For example a " 20 minute peanut oil massage daily " . Television time is a great

time for doing that.

 

It give almost immediate relief that leads to healing.

 

Another example, " take a tablespoon of virgin olive oil daily, with each meal " .

 

It tends to lubricate and heal joints, cartilage and ligaments from the inside.

 

And when I do the massage and take the olive oil I also tap into my meridian

endings the 'intention' I want from the process.

 

IE, " My joints are becoming younger and healthier " .

 

Then I seal that into the aura with figure 8's, with the zip-up and with the

hookup ups (all 3 of them).

 

Miracles happen.
