Hummm? I did miss your original post Sue. You are doing a bunch of neat stuff already... ....so what I'm suggesting is something to add to it. What I do with joint situations like this (with my athletes and clients) is add some of the Edgar Cayce applications to the EM tactics. For example a " 20 minute peanut oil massage daily " . Television time is a great time for doing that. It give almost immediate relief that leads to healing. Another example, " take a tablespoon of virgin olive oil daily, with each meal " . It tends to lubricate and heal joints, cartilage and ligaments from the inside. And when I do the massage and take the olive oil I also tap into my meridian endings the 'intention' I want from the process. IE, " My joints are becoming younger and healthier " . Then I seal that into the aura with figure 8's, with the zip-up and with the hookup ups (all 3 of them). Miracles happen.
