I think this may be from some of the Theosophy material, I have seen

it

in many

different forms over the years though without the vortex part I do

other clearing

work of course but have always found the channel building to be

complete

of it

I do a samsaric vortex completely separately from the channel building

triangulation but because so many people on this list describe

themselves

as

beginners I won't teach or do the attunements for this at this time

as

it can

really whack out folks who have not really built up their channel

capacity

sub strands of the nadi and all that esoteric stuff

The vortex I do was taught after at least five months of doing the

channel building as I gave it, twice daily.

go ahead and try the set Jane has shared if you want , if you do get

really strange then go to the shorter form for a while first.

 

There seem to be several different techniques called the Rainbow

bridge some material on the form you learned that may

still be in print

I think the books I mentioned are based on Alice Bailey/Dwal Kuhl material - so

yes to Theosophy.

If the channel building is too intense for some, one of the ways I learned to

" tone it down " was - instead of triangulating with the complete Soul Star into

each chakra, bring just a stream or beam of light from the Soul Star out to the

point in front of the chakra and then into the body and back up the channel to

the original position. Then as the channel building progressed and one is more

comfortable with the process, you can bring down the complete Soul Star. This

is good for someone who has not done energy work before.

 

Any thoughts on this, Peggy. I haven't done it this way myself.
