Guest guest
Hi group, As some of you that know me know, I had a neck injury in 2006 that until recently caused me a lot of problems. I want to share with you about a simple drill Doc La Tourrette taught in one of his seminars that I just recently finally understood. This drill has helped me immensely (no more pain, better posture, better flexibility in the morning.etc) in the last couple of months since I started figuring out what the he** my friend (Doc) was talking about. Several seminars ago Doc taught a simple drill for connecting all the chakras and getting the energy flows properly hooked up that at the time I didn't really get. But something in the back of my mind said, " Remember this! This is important! " . So I remembered it but I still didn't quite get it. Then a couple of weeks back Doc was discussing Tai Chi and who wrote what that was good on tai chi and mentioned Dr. Yang. I had read some of Dr. Yang's' books years ago and so I thought some more about this as it triggered a memory of Tai chi supposedly stretching the spine in motion through chi flow. I did some research. What I found out was just how important that drill was for me to complete the healing of my body from my neck injury 3 years ago. In fact, even for healing from the earlier back injuries 10+ years ago. So, I started doing this drill with the silver chord on pulling on the crownchakra and an iron chain (I picture the same metal as in the Kahuna energy disks) hold the tailbone (root chakra) down. What I found was that by doing this properly I corrected the bad posture I had developed to protect my neck after the injury and this solved my pain and various other issues. Then using the magic question I figured out a way to use it to cleanse my body of toxins and improve the healing. It's funny how since the diamond install this and several other things have come together for me. Well tonight I arrived at the Friday night seminar on this latest seminar weekend and I realized that there were two people I could see needed this exact drill after just minutes in the room. So, I shared it with them. Then it occurred to me that there are probably a lot more of you out there that would like to know this simple drill Doc taught me several seminars ago. It may have taken me awhile to get it; still, the tools were there. It just took me awhile to get it. THANKS DOC!!!! Walter Hurlbut
