Guest guest
One of my favourites is putting rose quartz in my bath. I use amethyst (for calming of the mind) and rose quartz (for the calming of the heart) and use terminated clear quartz for the flow of energy. I find this to be one of the most therapeutic treatments one can use...give it a try...tracy - cenataur2001 Thursday, May 05, 2005 1:41 PM [CrystalHW] Tumbled rose quartz uses Hello everyone, I d like to share a couple of uses of Rose Q I learned in a workshop some years ago.An excelllent treatment for fatigue is to

I also love to bathe with it. Rose quartz is often a nice addition when dealing with pain and fear. can be a nice addition to romantic situations and helping heal wounds of the heart and from lack of nurturing . This may seem like a contradiction but I don't use rose quartz in Heart Chakra layouts as much as many people do. For me the Heart Chakra still usually responds better to green stones. For me the Heart Chakra still usually responds better to green stones. Hi Peggy and All, I have some rose quartz tetrahedrons that I've used in conjunction with green stones at the heart chakra: the rose quartz toward the compass points with a green stone in the center and the same type of green stone between the rose quartz, sort of constructing a mandala at the heart chakra--pretty much covering the chest area. I've used peridot and I've also tried bloodstone as well as green aventurine. You might try that; seemed to be a loving energetic opening, although the peridot seemed to be almost too amused. I thought the " best " was with the green aventurine. I haven't tried different green stones at the same time, however.
