Guest guest Posted February 20, 2009 Report Share Posted February 20, 2009 Hi Melissa, I've found that Donna's Energy Routine is a great way to wake up and energize myself in the morning. I guess it would be a great way to wake up and energize myself in the middle of the night too. My favorite way to get back to sleep when I'm awake and restless in the middle of the night is Doc's third suggestion, Many's the time when I've been lying there in bed, distracted by some nagging worthless worry, not being able to focus enough to go to level... When I finally go " OH!... Right... " and drag myself out of bed and do " Bringing Down The Flame " I can feel my energy sinking and relaxing and when my head hits the pillow I'm out like a light.
