Well, maybe...

 

....but NOT if there is a major Psychological Reversal, and there

almost ALWAYS IS/ARE PR's WITH DIETING!

 

Doing the Temporal Tapping the Goodheart way does stop the PR.

 

To get past the PR needs to have the " attention " and the " intention "

addressed and they need to be addressed on a DEEP LEVEL, the level

of unconscious habit...

 

....a level that is WAY PAST the level of a positive affirmation.

 

....or your behaviour just won't change...PERIOD!

 

The Temporal Tap is " one " method of getting there, to those very

deep unconscious levels of previously learned " intentions " .

I agree this is a valid method, and...

 

....still, if your unconscious mind has a different belief, it will

go " BULL CACA! " ...

 

....and the unconscious mind will manifest the " tag end " , which means

the behavior you get is the reverse of the one you are affirming for.

 

Well group,

 

....I suggest you get Donna's book and re-read the section on the

Temporal tapping (pgs 332-338 hb) if you really want a neat,

workable skill.

 

Donna and David do one hell of a good job in explaining the " how's "

and the " why's " .

 

Or, get Dr. George Goodheart's books and read his metholodogy.

 

Please notice that tapping and the different types of affirmations

are for the two DIFFERENT BRAIN HEMISPHERES, and how THEY process

information differently.
